Overview
Marvelution Websites, Services and Hosted Products (collectively “Marvelution Cloud”) are hosted and delivered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Amazon is responsible for the security of its actual data centers and the AWS cloud. Marvelution is responsible for monitoring, managing and securing the Marvelution Cloud.
Data Storage
In the Marvelution Cloud, data at rest is encrypted using industry standard encryption. Additionally, all communications with the Marvelution Cloud are protected with HTTPS using TLS.

Ireland, EU.

Access to Data
Only authorised employees of Marvelution have access to the production environment for the purposes of maintaining our cloud services and assisting customers. Additionally, all access to Marvelution Cloud is monitored. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login information.
Data Backups
Backups of the Marvelution Cloud are continuous, incremental and retained for 35 days. Additionally, all backups are encrypted.
Data Retention
Customer Data is retained for a maximum of 180 days after a customer unsubscribes from a Hosted Product, after which it is automatically deleted. However the customer can contact support and ask for an earlier deletion.
